研究指出，這些創業者與眾不同，他們愛好新活動、追求新奇和多樣性，並且喜歡成為焦點。這些性格特質並不普遍，研究估計全球僅有8%的人具備成功創業的性格組合。他們可能還未踏入創業旅程，但已經具備了讓創業之路更加順遂的內在資質。

The secrets to entrepreneurial success are not just the industry environment, geographic location, or economic atmosphere; personality also plays a pivotal role. It's been discovered that these personality traits have an undeniable influence on the success or failure of startups. To achieve entrepreneurial success, having revolutionary ideas and disruptive innovations alone is not enough.
A study by the Oxford Internet Institute in collaboration with the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Melbourne conducted an in-depth analysis of the founders of 21,000 startups using artificial intelligence. It revealed that the following six major personality traits are key indicators in determining whether an entrepreneur can lead their company to success:
- Fighters: Possess relentless perseverance and determination to overcome difficulties.
- Operators: Detail-oriented, good at managing daily operations to keep the business running smoothly.
- Accomplishers: Tenacious with goals, always striving for excellence.
- Leaders: Natural-born leaders with charismatic and leadership qualities that attract followers.

The study points out that these entrepreneurs stand out; they enjoy new activities, seek novelty and diversity, and like to be the center of attention. These personality traits are not common; the study estimates that only about 8% of the global population possesses the combination of traits necessary for entrepreneurial success. They may not have embarked on the entrepreneurial journey yet, but they already have the innate qualities to make the road to entrepreneurship smoother.

Studies have shown that the combination of different personalities within a team is likely to increase the probability of entrepreneurial success.
