22:30-23:30 - Relaxation hour before sleep

Beyond his daily tasks, Squeri dedicates 3 hours to responding to 150-200 customer emails. He states, "I read and respond to every email because we're a membership-based company; how could we possibly ignore them?" This isn't just a slogan for him. He spends significant time daily ensuring every customer's needs are addressed and met. He emphasizes trying not to work on Friday nights but dedicates around 5 hours on Sunday to prepare for the upcoming week.
