He emphasized that the position of "boss" is not as relaxed as people might think. On the contrary, the responsibilities and pressures of being a superior are actually greater, especially when the entire responsibility of payroll falls on them.

Speaking of interactions with superiors, Ricky Wong shared his experience of being publicly criticized by a boss.
