靈活辦公室和傳統辦公室同樣提供有利於專注工作的環境，而在促進有效協作方面，員工們更傾向靈活辦公空間。相反，傳統辦公室在提供所需空間和激發工作動力方面，則效果更佳。受訪者推薦靈活辦公空間有幾個原因，包括靈活辦公空間可以延伸傳統辦公室和企業文化，以及增加員工的幸福感。

Impacted by the pandemic, companies and employees are redefining their ways of working. As they begin to explore hybrid work models, the needs and expectations of employers and employees are rapidly changing. These demands become even more significant in tight labor markets, forcing employers to urgently seek solutions. Organisations want to retain the inherent business value a traditional office environment provides, including creative opportunities, collaboration, mentoring, learning, and building a cohesive corporate culture.

According to a survey by real estate services and consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield, flexible office spaces enable employees to perform at their best. In the majority of industries, at least 70% of people agree with this perspective. In the business and professional services industry, 76% of employees agree that flexible office spaces contribute to better work performance.

Both flexible offices and traditional offices provide an environment conducive to focused work. In terms of facilitating effective collaboration, employees lean towards flexible office spaces. On the other hand, traditional offices excel in providing the necessary space and motivation. The top three reasons why respondents recommend flexible office spaces are that they feel like an extension of the traditional office and corporate culture, they enhance employee well-being, and the location offers suitable technology and collaboration spaces.
