  2. Break entrenched habits: Individuals with strong adaptability are not bound by fixed perspectives. They dare to try new methods and ways of thinking. By letting go of protective mindsets and openly accepting new challenges, we can unleash our creativity.
  3. Develop "dynamic plans": In the rapidly changing business environment, the ability to adjust plans and strategies flexibly is essential. People with strong adaptability can maintain composure amid change and make thoughtful decisions. Learning to formulate dynamic plans and continuously optimising our work methods can help us excel in the workplace.

"Adaptability" is not just about reacting to change; it is also about anticipating the future. We should not only adapt to change but also create change. We should become a driving force to bring possibilities of the future to life.
